Data Analyst

To empower the company on that mission, the Data Intelligence team provides the data and analysis integral to decision making and company operations. This includes contributions to define strategy, set team targets, establish governance processes, and improve efficiency and collaboration across the organization. As a horizontal data team, we work with key stakeholders and C-suites across all key company functions (Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Product, Strategy, and Finance).

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and product teams to understand their analytical needs, and translate them into data requirements with clearly defined data metrics and definitions.
  • Design and develop ETL processes to ingest data into data warehouse, and transform data into data models suitable for business intelligence and analytics needs.
  • Build dashboards and reports to visualize and interpret business data in supporting business decision making.
  • Perform in-depth analysis on Spenmo’s business, present results to varied audiences, and translate insights to actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • 0~4 years of work experience, preferably either: 1) in data centric roles with experience with reporting systems, data pipeline architecture and data modeling; or 2) analytical roles supporting strategy, program or project management, and technology operations.
  • Must be proficient with querying and manipulating raw datasets, preferably with SQL.

Nice to Have

  • Python or R experience, esp. in data analysis or building internal tools.
  • Experience scaled ETL processes.
  • Experience with building data marts.
  • Proficiency with data visualization concepts and tools.
  • Explain technical concepts and analysis clearly to drive decisioning making, and translate business objectives into actionable analyses.

Customer Success Manager

You’ll be an account manager handling onboarding and engagement of our clients.

You’re a strong writer, structured and organized, and comfortable with software (particularly CRM like Hubspot).

You can translate sophisticated product features into simple language.

You can handle a large number of clients using CRM, segmenting them appropriately and tracking their health and engagement.

Activation

  • Accelerate onboarding/activation time
  • Develop and track onboarding quality score

Nurturing

  • Segment/prioritize clients by tier
  • Establish a communication cadence by tier
  • Establish goals for specific client profiles, push them through various stages of engagement
  • Encourage deeper and broader feature adoption to enhance customer stickiness
  • Get to know the leading indicators for high-profile customers as well as churn risk
  • Assess customer health and design appropriate intervention approaches that will lead to best retention. Provide training sessions and/or presentations to support the client’s success journey for key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Track customer NPS

Collaboration

  • Work with marketing team to design relevant content (decks, designs, videos, landing pages, guides, etc.) to aid customer success
  • Communicate customer needs in a structured manner to the product team
  • Be a Yoda of product knowledge

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or account management role or technology sales.
  • Excellent command of the English language with good writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to create simple and concise education material from jargon, data, and technical diagrams.
  • Committed to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Experience in a B2B client-facing / High degree of empathy for customers and their pain points, combined with business acumen to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Smart and business savvy with consultative, problem solving, and issue resolution skills.
  • Experience with CRM software (Hubspot).

Management Consultant- Special Projects

Responsibilities

  • Talk to customers, figure out what they want (and need), and turn those into actionable steps & product requirements
  • Engage with internal stakeholders (product managers, engineers, designers) in product discovery to develop, iterate, and measure MVPs / releases
  • Formulate and validate hypotheses regarding expected business values/growth in a systematic way
  • Identify stakeholders (operations, regulators/ compliance, customer support, network expansion, etc) and resources. And then collaborate extensively to drive the product towards the company’s vision
  • You can balance getting shit done vs dreaming big (biased for action)
  • You lead by example and aren’t afraid to do what it takes to make Spenmo succeed (low ego)

Requirements

  • You’re comfortable with thriving in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
  • You demonstrated capability to lead product/project from inception to production
  • Ability to crunch numbers and make a methodical decision with limited data
  • Ability to balance growth with risk prevention
  • You can identify potential blockers before/when running the product/project and communicate & collaborate with people across teams (where you don’t have line-management responsibility) to make things happen
  • You love to experiment and reflect on things/processes that we can do better in the future (and of course implement that)

Sales Development Representative

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers.
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward.
  • Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
  • Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs.
  • Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a sales team, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
  • Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any goods or services.
  • Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure the company’s goals and targets are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • At least 1-year experience in a financial services/payment as a sales role.
  • Have a basic understanding of the B2B market in Singapore.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills with a flair for getting people excited.
  • Have a strong work ethic and am eager to learn and make new connections with prospects.
  • A positive and resilient attitude (flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment).
  • Good attitude (punctual, can present themselves well, have good knowledge of the products that they are selling).
