Associate Product Manager

  • Perform product discovery (product ideation) activities including customer research & feedback, competitive analysis, requirements gathering, and data analytics to build out desirable, viable, and feasible products. 
  • Provide end-to-end product management (ideation to delivery to go-to-market) involving various business stakeholders including Risk, Legal & Compliance, Technology, Operations, and Marketing. This includes both new launches and enhancements to existing product
  • Coordinate and conduct product-related communications/training to various platforms including both internal and external clients.
  • Collaborate closely with agile development teams and lead product prioritization.
  • Tracks and reports product success metrics 

Product Designer

  • Collaborate with the Product team, Product Owners, and Marketing team to translate requirements/feedbacks/insights into tangible designs that address user needs and meet business objectives at speed
  • Create wireframes, visual designs, beautiful icons, and elegant layouts for any type of device (desktop, mobile, tablet) 
  • Be involved in user testing and brainstorming sessions to improve user experiences on the products
  • Conceptualize, create and improve graphics for product illustrations, logos, websites, and social media campaigns
  • Maintain the consistency of graphic designs according to design guides, best practices, and standards
  • Handling and tracking of multiple projects and maintaining archives
