Full-Stack Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES

UI/UX and Graphics Designer

Responsibilities

  • Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
  • Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the company.
  • Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
  • Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
  • Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
  • Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
  • Working knowledge of both web and mobile (iOS/Android) workflows.
  • Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.

Requirements

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.

Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to management on development, implementation, and progress of internal projects
  • Collaborating with development teams and departments, as well as incorporating user feedback.
  • Managing support teams and evaluating performance metrics.
  • Overseeing user-testing and adjustments.
  • Ensuring that products and services are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Work with non-tech users to capture business needs. Clearly articulate and document business requirements. Assess the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands.
  • Manage the project implementation plan & budget; identify the scope of project deliverables at each project milestone; monitor progress & take preventive/corrective action whenever necessary; report progress to the management on a regular basis.
  • Manage the project team (in-house and external vendors). Proper allocation of tasks and management of priorities for project team members.
  • Carry out quality assurance quality assurance and quality control activities of projects to ensure successful & timely delivery of the projects in accordance to the clients’ expectations.

Quality Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads and manages the day-to-day activities in charge of all quality aspects of the system
  • Works with the end-users, Business Analysts (BAs), Designers, and Development Team to define/iterate the test coverage plan to ensure the test scenarios and test cases are scalable and sufficient
  • Provide testing effort estimation for sprint features.
  • Works with the Development Team and Ops Team to plan for complete and thorough execution of SIT
  • Works with end-users to ensure complete and thorough execution of UAT
  • Coordinates with Development Team to ensure bugs are resolved timely and identify bug root cause
  • Analyses bugs trend and fine-tune QA processes to improve the overall quality of the product
  • Develops and fine-tunes QA processes and working agreements with stakeholders through regular retrospectives
  • Share the findings/improvements with the team and end-users
  • Works with Team to plan, schedule, and execute regression for every product release

Requirements

Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help the company grow its Fintech and payment business through establishing key strategies and objectives.
  • Define the overall idealization, positioning, and go-to-market strategy (positioning and framework) for the product portfolio in each industry vertical.
  • Remain current to trends and issues in relation to the product offering as well as emerging technologies, standards, and market trends
  • Provide local insights – Develop a strong understanding of customer lifecycle and customer behavior, and undertake initiatives to accelerate customer acquisition and engagement
  • Work with management and relevant departments spanning multiple countries to deliver products’ roadmap analysis and overall delivery timeline
  • Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance, coordinate beta test and roll out the sequence
  • Create visionary and compelling internal and external customer-facing content. This includes writing and developing relevant product collateral such as presentations, sales tools, technical and/or business white papers and user guides.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing on regular basis to understand and define market requirements, and translate these requirements into product requirements
  • Work closely with the Tech & Development team on the product and technology roadmap, improvement of timeline, and capacity management.

React Mobile Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
  • Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
  • Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
  • Be able to develop custom plug-ins for React Native from platform native (Objective-C, C, Swift, Java, Kotlin) code.
  • Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
  • Transition existing React web apps to React Native.

Product Management(Non-Tech)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the Product Marketing Manager to analyze product functionality, performance trends and test hypotheses to help shape go-to-market strategies
  • Support the Marketing team in executing campaign and marketing operations; product management as well as data analytics for Minterest Pay.
  • Develop merchant-facing marketing materials and playbooks for app features 
  • Assist in raising new product features, developing product feedback processes, and conducting User Acceptance Test (UAT)

Finance

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Corporate Finance role assisting the Relationship Managers to work with companies on their borrowing needs, assessing their suitability to borrow funds using the Minterest platform.
  • Performing cash flow analysis and assisting the Relationship Managers to prepare credit memo for deal approval by the credit committee.
  • Assist the Relationship Managers in the preparation of loan documentation and liaise with the companies on their loan financing requirements.
  • Assist the Relationship Managers in updating CRM system and any other administrative matters.
  • Assist the Client Origination Team in marketing activities, for example, arranging for events, cold-calling, and roadshow.
  • To assist on various initiatives that may be required to propel the business forward.

REQUIREMENTS

Marketing

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Marketing team in executing campaign and marketing operations; social media management as well as data analytics for Minterest entities ie. Minterest and Minterest Pay etc.
  • Update channel performance analytics
  • Manage social media content, postings and monitor engagement metrics.
  • Research and plan social media campaigns to drive followers, engagement and leads for the business.
  • Research on trends relating to investments and create relevant content topics
  • Work with Marcom and SEO manager to research and craft articles for blogs.
  • Assist in outreach and coordination of campaigns with influencers/micro-influencers.

Compliance and Risk

The interesting aspects that you will be exposed to, including:

  • Working closely with various teams (including business, deal origination, distribution, marketing, technology, finance and operation) to ensure the compliance with all relevant law and regulations (including guidelines by the regulators).
  • Undertaking continuous review and evaluation of the Group’s risk management policy and framework (including updating and implementing framework, control and validation for the Group AML/KYC and client onboarding process, suspicious transaction monitoring, personal account dealing, conflict of interests and Group’s codes of conduct).
