Product Manager

• Designing product propositions to support trade digitalization and supply chain financing
• Driving end-to-end product journey: from idea initiation, prototypes design, UI/UX design to formulating and writing business and IT requirements (in Chinese and English), testing and launch, you will be the center of the product
• Liaising product requirements with IT (Developments), ensuring development is conducted as per business expectation
• Responsible for the user acceptance and production test of your products, articulating your testing results and suggestions in a clear and precise manner
• Collecting enhancement requests, converting them to be actionable requirements

• Have at least 3 years of work experience, preferably within a fintech, payment service operator (with focus on digital assets), digital bank, and/or a supply chain-related company
• Demonstrate solid ability in prototype creation, UI/UX design (e.g. Figma), and requirements writing (in Chinese and English)
• Are familiar with process management/project tracking tools (e.g. Jira)
• Are experienced in dealing with RESTful APIs, OAuth authentication; handling third-party vendors
• Have solid skills in report writing, SQL, and MI reporting (Tableau)
• Solid skill in RPA tools (Python) and blockchain is a plus
• Have an understanding of IT development lifecycle, able to work with developers (Chinese-speaking)

Account Executive

• Being accountable for your own scorecard, identifying leads (MSME vendors) who are in need of supply chain financing solutions, growing them into sustainable and loyal customers
• Enabling clients to adopt and implement Linklogis trade digitalization and supply chain financing products. Supporting clients’ CFO / Treasury in their strategies and implementation, influencing clients’ decisions in the financing, funding, capital deployment, and technology adoption
• Collaborating with, building a strong rapport with, orchestrate, negotiate, prioritize and manage deliverables with other team members including customer service, sales, relationship management, legal, operations, and IT development. Participating in technical discussions
• Ensuring Green Link Bank’s products are delivered in compliance with Singapore laws
• Hosting webinars, events, representing Linklogis in conference

• Have at least 2 years of work experience as a B2B sales, preferably in FinTechs, SaaS companies, and/or financial institutions
• Have a solid understanding of, possess a network of sales resources in local (Singapore) and ASEAN market
• Demonstrate a history of beating sales goal/target
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal customer communications skills
• Working experience in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, HTML, CSS
• Are great at stakeholder management, able to thoughtfully and tactically challenge status quo
• Are organized, detail-oriented, and thorough

Senior / Junior Developer (Front End)

The ideal candidate is a Front End Web Developer (React/Vue). The role would report to the International arm of this business. The job holder is expected to be coding in various web front-end languages/frameworks, having proven track records (3-4 years) working in a fintech / financial institution. He/She will also provide inputs to the product design of the company’s flagship products.


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
• At least 3-4 years of experience in front end development
• Fluency in a programming language (C, C++, Java, JS, SQL)
• Familiarity with visualization tools (Cassandra, Hadoop, Spark, Tableau, eChart and alike)
