  • Handle incoming support escalation requests from via company’s existing system communication
  • Prioritise, schedule and further escalate issues (when required) to the appropriate team members to resolve the issue
  • Record, track and document helpdesk requests and problem-solving process, including all successful/unsuccessful decisions made and actions taken through to final resolution
  • Perform troubleshooting steps to identify and resolve the issues
  • Perform hands-on fixes whenever possible, including but not limited to restarting, reconfiguring or installing and upgrading software, file backups, configuring systems and applications etc.
