1 Associate Product Manager

 

 

 

 

As an Associate Product Manager, you will work at the intersection of senior management, engineering, strategy, sales, and communications to manage MonetaGo’s award-winning flagship product, Secure Financing. You will report to the Vice President of Product.

You will gain a deep knowledge of the product in order to shape development, define product strategy, and go-to-market. This knowledge includes a high-level technical comprehension to interface with customers, gather business requirements, and lead product demos.

You will conduct market research to assess how our product fits into the industry and existing user processes as well as discover new product features and new MonetaGo products. Through sales meetings, demos, and user interviews, you will hone an understanding of the end-user to deliver a product that best meets their needs.

At the intersection of all product stakeholders, you will be responsible for communicating your findings and analyses to a range of audiences within the company who possess different levels of industry, business, or technical expertise. You will be a key subject matter expert in the product to present insights to management that will inform the company’s strategy.

You will also need to provide project management and oversight for the implementation of products in new markets, ensuring that deliverables are tracked and project risks are identified, helping the team to successfully deliver on projects in the committed timeframes.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years in analytical role
  • Experience with business intelligence, market research, requirements gathering
  • Knowledge of agile project management methods and enterprise product development
  • Knowledge of financial services
  • Ability to set, manage, and adhere to timelines and project management
  • Experience creating written materials and presentations including PowerPoint
  • Strong communication for stakeholder management, public speaking, client engagements

Preferred Skills

  • Technical background or previous product management experience preferred but not required

About the Role

Core responsibilities/duties:

  • Project management of marketing and communications activities across multiple channels, including the tracking maintenance of budgets
  • Communications management including development and delivery of core messaging and contribution to strategy and media relations
  • Manage the development timeline and quality output of content in conjunction with content producers
  • Scheduling and deployment across owned channels including web, social, and third parties
  • Scheduling and management of logistics associated with events in which MonetaGo participates
  • Collect information that contributes to ongoing market research and supports the regional marketing/sales activities.
  • Participate in regular regional marketing and sales reviews – present impact of marketing efforts on sales pipeline, identify gaps in strategy, and revise marketing strategies to fill gap
  • Maintain a deep cross-functional partnership with Sales and Product and Tech teams to deliver success. Establishing clear communication, alignment, and trust with these groups will be critical to success.
  • Play a key role in developing business and product messaging for the market, acting as a quality check point for all promotional output.
  • Measure, analyze, and report the impact and results of Marketing programs to stakeholders and the executive team

About You

You’ll be a good fit if you have:
