2	Project Manager	Hiring Manager : Head of Implementation Location: Remote (South East Asia) What do you get to do? Convene stakeholders and provide regular project reports to senior management. Provide technical support to business development efforts, such as requirements gathering, initial technical support, advising on and overseeing client integration projects. Liaise with the Engineering team to ensure product strategy is represented in development priorities. Liaise with Business Development and General Management teams to align product vision with short and long-term business goals. Interact with clients, third-parties, suppliers, and contractors as needed. What do we look for in you? You are proficient in the English language. You have at least 5 years managerial work experience. You have significant experience with software project management, ideally with formal training and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum. You have excellent prioritization and planning sense, and you can quickly adapt your plans as circumstances change. 3	QA Engineer	Hiring Manager : Senior Engineering Manager Location: Remote (South Asia) What do you get to do? Review requirements provided by Product Managers, understand the specifications and technical design documents and provide feedback. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and cases. Estimate , prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities. Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools. Identify, record, document and track bugs. Perform regression test when bugs are resolved. What do we look for in you? At least 3 years professional experience as QA Engineer Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases Solid knowledge of automated test scripting Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process Previous experience working in banking, ecommerce, or finance is a plus. Review and analyze system specifications Collaborate with Senior QA to develop effective strategies and test plans Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results Evaluate product code according to specifications Create logs to document testing phases and defects Report bugs and errors to development teams Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing What do we look for in you? BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field Experience in QA methodology Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
