Project Manager

Responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects from ideation through to completion and ensuring the projects are carried out with agreed timeline, scope, budget, and resources. The scope includes:

  • Manage project lifecycle, governance & control, budgeting & forecasting, risk management, stakeholder management.
  • Lead discussions in requirements gathering and implementation timeline
  • Analyze requirements with the development team and compose solution specifications.
  • Be the point of contact and communicate project status to sponsors, stakeholders, and participants.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports for all stages of the project.
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
  • Carefully assess and analyze the business implications involved.
  • Provide pre-sales support to the sales team, including effort & cost estimation for project management and tender presentation.

Software Engineer

  • Design and implementation of .Net based application and business systems.
  • Review and maintain high code quality and component architecture.
  • Translate business requirements into high-level and detailed functional specifications.
  • Participate and improve development processes along with strong coordination processes related to software, testing, release and deployment.
  • Attending and contributing to product development meetings.
  • Managing software release/deployment and providing support to clients.
  • Respond to queries from business development and sales team.

Business Analyst

  • Research on the business domain, clearly document requirements, and communicate with third parties to ensure that requirements are all well understood before initiating development.
  • Define main flows, function test cases, acceptance criteria and document all project components extensively.
  • Maintaining all current and historical project documentation in an easily accessible manner.
  • Support development team, answer questions, understand dependencies between projects and avoid conflicts.
  • Carry out internal Function Testing and support for User Acceptance Testing.
  • Assist project manager on project implementation.
  • Read and interpret financial market rules.
